Higher Advertising Inc. has been named agency of record for Unicorp National Developments Inc. Orlando-based Unicorp is a 6-year-old retail development company involved in the commercial development of Baldwin Park in Orlando, with offices in Florida, New York and Arizona. The Orlando agency says it is charged with developing a comprehensive marketing strategy for Unicorp to include advertising creative, public relations, collateral and special event support. Higher represents clients such as national boat manufacturer Scout Boats Inc., retail furniture outlet Right@Home, home builder Premier Construction Inc. and software company VectorMAX Corp. Unicorp has been developing retail space for more than eight years. The company's portfolio consists of over 50 commercial properties, including shopping centers and stand-alone retail developments. In Central Florida, Unicorp has the Fountains at Bay Hill; Water Tower Place at Celebration; Baldwin Park Village Center.
