Temple Terrace CFO Resigns. . . . Reasons Unknown

After years of service to the City of Temple Terrace, Chief Financial Officer Lee Huffstutler unexpectedly turned in his resignation last Friday 9/15/05. Lee Huffstutler is credited with managing annual budgets for 5 years. He was instrumental in architecting the financial strategies for the Temple Terrace revitalization project.

In light of this important role and the responsibilities CFO Huffstutler maintained with our city, the city manager withheld this information from the citizens at the Special Council Meeting on 9/20/05. This meeting’s necessity was result of to voters rejection of financially funding the city’s revitalization plan.

While wishing the best for Mr Huffstutler in his future endeavors, this is one more example of our city’s management withholding vital information from the decision process in which the citizens are involved.
